Where did BiMi get its roots from?

Our owner and president Sharde' Roebuck went to Lane College majored in chemistry with medical school as her future in mind, but after attending a graduate school conference she realized that the possibilities in the S.T.E.M. fields were limitless. She also got tired of hearing from others after mentioning her degree that it was "too hard" and "you had to be super smart" to major in  chemistry. One day she decided to start reaching out to young children teaching them to love science, math, and other areas labeled as "too hard" her motto is, "If you can count you can balance an equation."

"By teaching young children to love these S.T.E.M. areas they will never label them as being "too hard" and we want to encourage them to look into a career in those areas, because is always growing and improving there will always be a need and once a student with BiMi we follow them all the way to high school graduation."
